Mike Cyndroski
PGA of Canada Head Golf Professional
Mike hails from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and has been with RCC since 2006. He started playing golf at the age of 8 and began his early career in the golf industry while attending high school. The long-hitting left hander enjoys helping others improve their love of the game through teaching lessons and by developing junior golfers. He has spent countless hours infusing his skills and passion to others in the pursuit of giving back to the game.
Graham Ogden
PGA of Canada Class 'A' Associate Professional
Graham was born in Delta, B.C. and moved to Tucson Arizona in 1993. He attended the Catalina Foothills high school and played on the golf team as the #1 player for 3 out of his 4 years there. After High School in Tucson, Graham moved back to White Rock B.C. with his family and decided to turn Pro at the ripe old age of 22 years old. Graham has been a member of the PGA of Canada in good standing since 2003 and recently became a Class "A" professional. His energetic attitude allows his students to both enjoy and learn the game at a fun and educated level. Graham is certified in Club Fitting, Club repair, RCGA Rules of golf and has his level 4 Teaching and Coaching Certification through the PGA of Canada. He enjoys playing in as many tournaments as he can and competes regularly on the Lower Mainland Professional Tour.
Doug Morgan
PGA of Canada Class 'A' Associate Professional
Doug Morgan is a 26-year member of the PGA of Canada. Doug joined the Association in 1991 and apprenticed at Gorge Vale, Comox, Westwood Plateau and was the Head Teaching Professional with The Redwoods and GolfTEC South Surrey. His focus over the last twenty-one years has been instruction and personal coaching. He was honoured in 2014 as the PGA of BC-Lower Mainland TEACHER OF THE YEAR. He has worked with players of all ages and abilities, with his most successful student being Devin Carrey, who currently has status on the Web.com Tour. Tournament play has been Doug’s other passion. He plays on the Srixon and Vancouver Golf Tours, participates in PGA of BC-Canada Championships plus takes students to Pro-Am’s, both locally and internationally. He was ranked 15th on the PGA of BC Order of Merit in 2015, was as high as 10th on the PGA of Canada Order of Merit as recently as 2014 and was the 1999 PGA of BC Player of the Year. Tournament wins include four individual and two team Provincial PGA Championships, various local Pro Only, Pro-Am’s and Open’s, plus he is a seven time Vancouver Island Assistants Champion. Playing highlights include advancing to the second stage of the U.S. Open qualifying (1992 & 2010), shooting 269 (-19) at a four day Pro-Am in Wailea, Maui and receiving an exemption to play in the inaugural GVO at Northview GC in 1996. He has also held three tournament course records (Cordova Bay - 68, Westwood Plateau – 67, Uplands - 62). Toni Taylor
Associate Professional
Toni joined the golf centre team in the spring of 2016. She assists with the Women’s and Junior Programs. Toni was born and raised in Vancouver. She has an extensive Junior, Amateur, Collegiate and Professional playing career and has played across Canada, United States, Mexico, Bahamas, Bermuda, Japan and 7 other Asian countries. She has created a style of coaching and mentoring from over 25 years of extensive education and 30 years of playing.
Daniel Yoon
Assistant Golf Professional
Daniel joined Richmond Country Club in May, 2016. He graduated from Professional Golfers Career College in 2005 in Temecula, California. He played Professional Golf for 6 years as mini tour player in Southern California (Golden State Tour, Pepsi Tour). He played 2 years in Mount San Jacinto on a Junior College golf team. He accomplished being ranked the #1 player on the golf team in his second year. Daniel has a positive attitude and a true passion for teaching and playing the sport of golf.
